There has been a lot of debate in the Inkjet printing industry about the capabilities of a metallic substrate, able of reproducing effects and texture similar to that one of the Kodak Endura paper. We have been successful in finding a substrate that is up for the task. Our metallic paper manages to reproduce such output. Black and white images creates prints with beautiful metallic gradients and astonishing depth. While we specialize for neutral black and white printing, you can also request for toned selenium or sepia-like effects, thus increasing the metallic finish.
At LePix we introduced these 2 papers initially on demand, but after a couple of successful years and great results we have decided to offer this 2 specialty, environmentally friendly and highly sustainable options on stock
In 2009 the Sugar Cane was introduced, this 300gsm is made from 75% sugar cane fiber, which is a by-product of sugar cane processing and 25% recycled cotton fibers. Sugar Cane 300gsm is a natural white, textured, fine art paper that is OBA free and extremely resistant to aging. It features a premium inkjet coating that ensures prints with rich contrast and detail-ideal for printing warm-tone color and monochrome photographs, as well as fine art reproductions.
